Can I charge my phone with a case on?
Yes, our charger is compatible with cases up to 3 mm thick, as well as MagSafe-cases.
Does the charger need to be plugged in?
Yes, the wireless charging pad is not a power bank and therefor needs to be connected to a powersource at all times.
Do I need a power adapter for the wireless charger?
Yes, you need a USB-C (PD) power adapter to plug the charger into. We recommend a power adapter of at least 18W for optimal charging speed.
Is my phone compatible with the wireless charger?
Our chargers work with all Qi-enabled devices and all MagSafe devices. Check your devices specification for Qi-compatibility.
